In June, Mr Gleam commence a thorough overhaul of Warwick Mount’s air-conditioning system.
Brighton & Hove City Council have asked Mr Gleam to replace large extractor fans on the building's roof
and clean ventilation ducting throughout, thoroughly.
Many of the residents, at the high-rise block have met with representatives of Mr Gleam and are happy that we are handling the clean-up.
Paul Higginson, a Mr Gleam representative says "Tenants seem to be thankful that the ventilation system and ductwork are, at long last getting the deep clean it needs".
The work will take two weeks to complete.
