Accreditations

All staff receive tailored training to ensure that new skills are developed and existing knowledge is maintained, reviewed and updated.

Mr Gleam provides external training for staff from the following national accreditation organisations:

• The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), which promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide [link to site: 
• The Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association (PASMA), the lead trade association in Europe for the mobile access tower industry
• The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc)
• National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ)
• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
• The National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA), trade association dedicated to the cleaning of carpets, hard flooring and soft furnishings.

Mr Gleam also provides First Aid training for staff.

Monthly refresher training courses are also available and all staff are made aware of any changes to law, new techniques and new equipment which may be beneficial to our clients.

All of our staff are comprehensively insured and are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked where necessary.
