Mr Gleam Ltd is currently the preferred supplier for many estate agents and lettings agents in the Brighton area and has built this relationship up by providing a very efficient service for a great price. We understand that estate agents are always very busy and do not necessarily have the time to deal with lots of end of tenancy arrangements.  We can take away this burden and can also complete urgent jobs on the same day.

Normally we work on a “Same day quote, next day clean” basis but are happy to work around the needs of the agents. For agents or landlords in need of a quick turnaround we are often able to quote and do the work the same day even if this means carrying out the work in the evening or early morning.  We can also carry out the inventory check if you wish us to.

Our team can collect the keys and return them to the agent after the job has been completed. We are happy to provide photos of the work carried out for use in inventories and we can provide a complete breakdown of the work undertaken..

We are also able to clear any rubbish from the property including old electrical items which fall under the WEEE guidelines.
