We place a huge emphasis on protecting our staff and our clients, as well as their premises by adhering to Health and Safety law including:

• working at heights
• manual handling
• first day induction
• RIDDOR
• First Aid
• asbestos awareness
• lone working policy

Because we also aim to be fully accountable and transparent in our work, everything we do is subject to:

• full risk assessment
• full method statement
• COSHH assessment carried out on any chemicals used
• full CRB checks on new staff members where required
• all air conditioning extraction and kitchen extraction cleaning adheres to the TR/19 HVCA good practice guide.
