We are professional, personable and permanent – we do not use contract staff. That way, we provide our clients with better value for money and achieve a consistent, high standard of service.

Mr Gleam also guarantees that staff have all received up-to-date training.

Training and accreditation

All staff receive tailored training to ensure that new skills are developed and existing knowledge is maintained, reviewed and updated.

We offer our staff external training to national standards including:

Monthly refresher training courses are also available and all staff are made aware of any changes to law, new techniques and new equipment which may be beneficial to our clients.

All of our staff are comprehensively insured and are CRB checked where necessary.

Health and Safety compliancemeet-our-team-2

We can confidently say we maintain excellent levels of Health and Safety standards. All staff are trained on Health and Safety law including:

  • working at heights
  • risk assessments
  • method statements
  • COSHH assessments.

Quality Control

Every job is important to us and we treat each one equally, whether it is part of a large contract or a one-off clean.

We maintain standards consistently and do this by a fortnightly assessment of the performance of each of our cleaning teams. Mr Gleam’s managers also periodically check the performance of each cleaner to ensure that our staff are providing the best results so keep on improving our services.

We provide our clients with copy of this assessment to make them aware of any issues if necessary, such as changes to the cleaning rota.
