Mr Gleam Ltd currently undertakes communal area cleans on behalf of many different clients ranging from single story properties to large multi storey offices and car parks such as NCP in Brighton.  All clients are treated with the same level of professionalism and our staff pride themselves on the quality of their work. We also make sure that all staff are CRB checked where necessary, are fully uniformed and also fully insured.  Monthly refresher courses are run to ensure that ALL staff and managers are aware of any changes within the industry which can benefit our clients and reduce their costs.

Here at Mr Gleam Ltd we maintain our high standards by performing fortnightly checks on any communal contract we are servicing. Our Quality Control manager will assess the quality of the staff and the work undertaken and will make any recommendations deemed necessary to improve standards or staff training. A copy of this report is also made available to our clients. Any changes which we feel are necessary to improve the general cleanliness of the premises while offering a reduction in cost will be brought to the attention of our client for their approval before implementation. Wall & Building Cleaning Including Graffiti Removal

For many people graffiti is an art form; a form of self expression and free speech. For many others it is an eyesore and not something they would want painted on the side of their office buildings. We use a mixture of high pressure washers and specialist solutions to remove any paint or chewing gum that has been attached to the wall. Where possible, high pressure steam blasting is used as an alternative to chemical-based solutions as this is better for the environment.
