Traditional window cleaning

We use traditional window cleaning methods on most single storey buildings and shop windows using pure water, detergents and squeegees to bring windows to a sparkling finish. The cleaning of window frames and sills is included.

Mr Gleam uses environmentally sustainable filter equipment to purify water for window cleaning which helps keep windows cleaner for longer.

Equipped for the job

Our investment in the best technology and equipment allows us to take on the most challenging jobs. For buildings of all heights, including shops, multi storey blocks and hard to reach areas, we offer a range of window cleaning techniques with the help of the following equipment:

Reach and wash (Water Fed Window Cleaning Poles)

Used mainly for one – six storey buildings, our special window cleaning vehicle with dual built-in water pumps allows two operatives to work simultaneously, providing clients with a good value service.

Hydraulic Platforms (Mobile Elevated Working Platforms)

Where buildings are too tall for the reach and wash system, our IPAF-trained staff use hydraulic platforms which allow access to hard-to-reach areas.

Abseiling

For the windows of very tall buildings and towers, we have staff trained in abseiling.

Aluminium towers

Our staff who have received a PASMA training erect and use aluminium towers to enable them to clean external and internal windows and atriums.

Fall arrest systems (harness work)

Once attached to eye bolts, our trained staff can clean external windows using a special fall arrest system and traditional hand washing methods.
